Need a guy with a drill to wire wheel silicone off of fiberglass

I'm looking to hire one person to wire wheel off the rest of the silicone sealant from the front, over cab fiberglass area of my shuttle bus. I have tried every tool and found a simple wire wheel does the job best. You: must have a battery powered drill, and preferably a small to large ladder, be well balanced, and strong to continue running the drill for the day. It's a bit of an awkward job to get into certain corners. Bonus if you have any 18V Ryobi plus+ drill or hammer drill, as I have batteries for that too. $20/hour cash at the end of the day.
