Job Description: We supply specialized hoses and fittings for agriculture, industrial and mining applications. We source and sell our products locally, nationally and internationally. We are currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor. Your Responsibilities will be to: Manage, coach, and mentor warehouse associates Oversee and help packing, unpacking and shipping of products LTL, truckload and containers for local and international markets Verifying incoming product Picking product and printing labels using our inventory software Recording inventory data, ie. weights, measurements, and stock levels Booking courier, LTL, dedicated truckloads and container shipments Proficient Computer Skills including Excel and Microsoft Suite Monthly stock counts Calculate Economic Order Quantities and lead times to ensure timely deliveries Communicate with customers and vendors to ensure smooth flow of goods and information Keeping warehouse areas organized, clean and safe Organizing and restocking shelves Assist with “will call” customers and orders Forklift driving Able and willing to lift and move up to 75 lbs Be able to work under pressure Able to communicate with local and international shipping companies, brokers, forwarders, vendors and customers Previous experience in a similar job essential Spanish an advantage Compensation based on experience Skills Required: 2+ years experience managing a warehouse Proficient with computers including Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, inventory systems Problem solving skills and high attention to detail Have good leadership skills and the ability to develop, motivate and work with others Must be able to pass a background check & drug test Fully Vaccinated (Preferred)
