Looking for Bass for Blues Rock Band

Hi There! We are seeking a bass player for a blues rock band. (Covers and originals) We will need to practice and we want to get out there and work soon. Preferably someone that can learn tunes quickly, someone that is easygoing, because we all are pretty easygoing, who just wants to make amazing music and have some fun. **our wish list** a. someone who will take some of their own time to learn the songs before coming to practice and be prepared, so we don't have to use up time listening to the songs before we practice because they didn't bother listening to them before they came. b. someone who is willing to have the right equipment for the job. We don't want to have to use a lot of time while they try to get their equipment to work. c. it's ok if you have another band, but please have some time for us. We want to play out on weekends, Fri and Sat nights to start. Our main goal is to write originals, and then send them and see where it goes. No pie in the sky promises. Just see what happens. We have some connections. d. Long-term project. Be willing to commit to a long-term project. This is not for musicians who want to "fill in" or do hired gigs on the fly. e. be willing to practice! I do not care who you are, how experienced you are, or if your equipment plays the songs perfectly for you, and you think you don't need to practice, practice is a requirement. If you can't practice, then please do not respond. f. be easygoing. We just want to have fun.
