I am in need of a handyman to address on going issues that arise in the 30 rental properties that I own in the Coatesville/Downingtown area. Duties are primarily minimal like changing locks, repairing small plumbing issues, light carpentry, light electrical and some drywall/painting responsibilities. Handyman can assist when suitable for their schedule like after 5:00pm or on weekends. $25 an hour to start. Please respond if interested.
