Electric stove replacement, Outlet electrical repair

I’m a landlord with a rental that needs a few things fixed. I’m on vacation for a bit and need someone to handle them. There is an electric stove I need replaced. That would involve finding a solid used one for a good price wherever you can or on craigslist, picking it up and installing it, and then taking away the old one. Also, two outlets in the same apartment are not working. I had a guy replace the outlets but that didn’t work, so it must be an electrical issue of some kind. There is also a little mold spot next to the shower I’m hoping to get taken care of if possible. Ideally I’d like to hire someone who can take care of everything, but if necessary I can have the done by separate people if you don’t have electrical skills. Getting the stove/oven replaced is top priority. Preferably I’d pay with an online app but I can arrange a check through online bill pay or am open to other ways. However cash won’t be possible as I am away. If interested please let me know where you are located, your electrical experience, and if possible what your rates are. I’m also looking for a new go to handyman to handle things like this going forward. Thanks
