Big loveable, playful, funny dog. We took him in as a stray just to get him off of the streets. Unfortunately, we are not spring chickens and already have a house full of smaller dogs. He is just too much dog for us and the other dogs. He is so playfull, loving and full of energy. He loves to walk and is decent on a leash - wants to pull a bit. He is very strong and can be a little rough with smaller dogs and should probably be in a home without them. Great guy dog, mature family dog or farm dog. There are no - no kill - shelters in the area that are not full. I can't stand the idea of him being put down. So, much potential!. He is heartworm positive and is waiting list for treatment at a discount clinic. He is a very handsome black and white dog - best guess - part pit bull, black lab, pointer mix? Big head...about 75 pounds. 2-3 years old - lifetime companion. Someone please give this great dog a chance! He is a true diamond in the rough!
