Take pictures of property condition of a new mobile I purchased

I purchased a property for the sister and I need someone to go by and take pics of the current condition of inside and outside. There is a tenant in there that can let you in, but they are hard to get ahold of so I need someone who is local in case they aren't there when you go by and have to try again.
