Tired of the high cost of rent? Come work part-time with us and live RENT-FREE. We have a Bunkhouse Trailer that we offer FREE to someone who can help us keep our small property maintained. We Offer a Lot of Perks! Here are the RESPONSIBILITIES: Take care of the grounds and offer help as needed for a small rental house with an attached rental studio. All Yard Maintenance: Keep the grass cut, the edges trimmed, water the grass and plants when needed, put down grass seed when needed, apply flea and insect killer two times a year or when needed, grow edible plants (optional if you don't have a green thumb), and basically make the yard attractive and keep it that way. ROUTINE Stuff: Take the trash out weekly and return the garbage cans to their proper place. Sweep away cobwebs, dirt, and debris around windows and doors and all external areas as needed. Prepare for storms and clean up after (the trailer has hurricane tie downs on it). Sometimes lift furniture, appliances, and move and organize the supplies and equipment as needed. Special Projects - About One Special Project Per Month: Repair and improve the Helper Camper as needed. Paint the shed Improve the driveway Improve the Privacy Fence If you can fix things like a lawn mower or an appliance, that is a huge plus. If you like cats, that's a double plus! HERE'S WHAT WE OFFER: FREE RENT - Long Term Work part-time - your own hours We can provide an insured old pickup truck if you know how to work on it and keep it maintained, and you have a valid driver's license, and a decent driving record. The Bunkhouse camper has a one bedroom with bunk beds in the back. It is all electric. It is furnished and has full appliances. It is air conditioned. ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED - WIFI INCLUDED. A washer/dryer is provided and shared with the studio rental residents. The backyard is for the helper only and is not shared with the residents. The residents have their own private patio. We provide all the tools, materials, supplies, and equipment as needed. What We Want: We hope to find someone who is down to earth, easy going, drama-free, and non-addicted to drugs or alcohol. We are marijuana friendly providing you have a prescription and you are private about it. We hope our helper is someone who takes pride in their work.
