Senior in need of help

Hello I'm looking for a blessing just had a hip replacement a few days ago I can't access my home because of the stairs so I'm staying in the basement with my dog with a little refrigerator and a microwave my window AC went out I have one in my garage but I can get someone to switch it out for me tomorrow's going to be a hot one I'm just scared for my dog he's an old-timer like me I need somebody to to help install the AC but my bed needs to be moved I'm so Desperate
