Bearded collie needs a home

I have a bearded collie that is about 13 years old, he was my dads dog but my dad got sick “cancer” and could no longer take care of him so he’s been neglected. My dad died last Monday and I took milo in. He’s house broken and a good watch dog. Hes always loved other dogs “been around my brothers pit bulls, rots no issues” He’s very loyal and likes to play ball out in the yard. He would be a perfect dog except he’s touchy. He will bite if his face is touched or if you take food from him. He can’t be around kids. He won’t go off and attack them or anything but if a kid gets in his face or pets his face he will bite and I wouldn’t want that for him or the child. He can’t be an outside only dog, he will bark and bark if he’s left outside all day and night. He LOVES people and wants to be apart of the family. I have 4 kids and one on the way so I can’t keep him, I have him in a back bedroom and I let him run when ever he wants in our large fenced yard but he’s getting very depressed and starting to bark at night because he’s lonely. He’s totally house broken, he doesn’t chew things, he’s been treated for fleas and an ear infection so that’s all taken care of. I was able to shave most of his body, I couldn’t get his face “for obvious reasons” or his neck yet “he didn’t like me shaving that area” the rest of him he did fine and really enjoyed it. He’s very matted and was very neglected for the past year. He’s UTD with shots but they need to be renewed soon. He’s free to a good home, he’s gotta find a home by Wensday or I’ll have no choice but to put him to sleep. I’ll be having my baby soon and I can’t take care of him.
