Join us for a Shamanic Sound Bath with James Hin, shamanic practitioner and sound healer. Sound baths are great for anyone looking for deep relaxation, wanting to release emotional pain, get out of a depression and align your chakras and connection with each other. In this sound bath James will play a combination of traditional Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, chimes, gong, drum, etc. to put you into a deep state of relaxation which allows for new levels of introspection you can’t get outside of the sound therapy setting. This session will include a guided meditation and then full sound bath. James will play the instruments around you and next to you to ensure healing vibrations are reverberating throughout your mind, body and spirit. What: Shamanic Sound Bath with James Hin What to Bring: Optionally bring a yoga mat, blanket or towel, a pillow, under knee pad, and a covered bottle of water. He is a shamanic and sound healer who learned his craft from his spirit and ancestral guides and studying with numerous shamans and by attending Shamanic Studies courses. He holds a masters degree in social psychology, holds a certificate in leadership coaching and has 16 years of experience supporting individuals through recovery from addiction. He is a skilled practitioner and has extensive experience working with plant medicines and fungi.
