Work description - Managing a small crew by prioritizing projects, assigning work tasks, using equipment, maintaining records, monitoring work quality and work schedules, insuring crew safety, training employees, and providing performance feedback. List of requirements - Must be able to perform task that you were hired to do. -Great leadership skills on and off the job-site. -Follow direction from superior -Maintain and adhere to company rules, standards and policies -Drivers license -Reliable vehicle -Self Motivated -Minimum 5 years remodeling experience and filling a lead position -Must understand material, quantity, overage -Know how to use online app portal for daily work logs -Team player -Great communication skills with employees and homeowner *Note -This company will not expect being late to work. -Cutting corners, there is no excuse for jeopardizing quality. -Disrespect -Not following company rules and policies.
