Take time out of the busy week to immerse yourself in a relaxing sound bath. Sound bath therapy is an ancient technique that uses musical tones to realign your mind, body and spirit. During this session Reiki Master, Sound Healer and Energy Shifter Desiree will create a relaxing, meditative environment by combining breathing techniques and musical vibrations using 432hz Quartz Crystal Bowls. Sound Bowl Therapy has been known to reduce stress, anxiety and can relieve/reduce pain.Please note each individuals experience will vary. The Session is between 3:22pm-4:22pm. There will be a 15 minute grace period before the session begins. Light refreshments will be available. The Sound bath will start at 3:37pm sharp, the door will be closed and no additional entries will be made. Please dress in comfortable clothing, bring an eye mask, a yoga mat and a small towel or pillow to place under your head. You will be laying on the floor with your face up during the session.
