The plan is to meet once week during the summmer to get together and form a new healthy habit " WALKING FOR FITNESS'' meet new people with good vibes and form new connectioins and friendships. The goal is to get as healthy and as physically fit as possibe during the duration of the summer and be able to carry thoes habits and routine things learned into lifestyle changes.
BALTIMORE is big but small so yoiull never know who will come out for a walk.
