You will learn how to Incorporate shamanic energy into your paintings - energy that can be transmitted across space and time to future viewers. Julia will guide you in designing a ritual that will establish a sacred space in which to create. A semi-guided shamanic journey will inspire the base image for your artwork, in addition, you'll get tips & suggestions on maintaining an elevated "flow-state" of mind while drawing the base image and later while adding the thin glaze layers of paint. Because the multiple glaze layering techniques used in this project require time between painting sessions to dry I recommend that you bring a frame carrier to carry & protect your painting for later completion in your home studio space. We supply oil paints with medium that makes them water soluable. Please bring a canvas. Space to this experience is limited to four painters.
