To be distinct you must be different and to be different You must strive to be what no one else but you can be.” - Alan Ashley-Pitt I came across that quote from Alan Ashley-Pitt just before Space-One and myself opened the doors to the bubble back in 1996. In the beginning the quote meant alot to me as I was totally going down a road I hadn’t traveled before. The planet wasn't filled with thousands of Rave Promoters like it is now but I believed in the music and more importantly I believed in the scene and what it stood for so I took a chance and with every resource I had at my fingertips I started to throw my own events not knowing where it might lead me. Well here we are 27 years later. I still love the music and again I love the community that we have built together. We all walk our own paths, our lives get complicated but what fills my heart with joy is when those paths converge on the dancefloor at a Bubble Party as we share our stories, our lives and our love of the music with each other.
