Is there anyone that can get permission and access to go to North Brother Island? Native New Yorker doing personal research and have been dying to go there for years. I could pay for all expenses as well as charter some form of transportation. Please submit your credentials. I want to do this legitimately and take lots of pictures without getting into any trouble.
