looking for a few good boxers too train in my midtown gym a few days a week boxing one on one personal training Proper movement, footwork, and all punch combinations. We will do offensive and defensive drills and work with round timers to maximize cardio development. Drills for speed, strength, counter punching using pads and floor cones for footwork.i will utilize pads, body protector, punch shields and sticks to develop your counter punching, power, reflexes and head movement.
