All Levels Vinyasa This fun Vinyasa Flow is a fluid and active style of yoga, emphasized by the linking of breath and movement. All-levels are welcome! Expect to experience a range of postures (standing, seated, inverted, prone and supine), sun salutations (surya namaskar), breath practices (pranayama) and a beautiful closing relaxation (savasana). Prepare to sweat, explore and have fun while having the best backdrop of the city! Some mats will be provided, but please bring your own if possible as mats run out quickly REMINDER: This event takes place at the roofdeck at the REVERE HOTEL, located at 200 Stuart Street! We will be offering "like new" checkout at the Revere, post yoga class! Bring your used(in good condition) lululemon clothing, and receive an e-gift card to use towards new gear at our store on Newbury Street! Can't wait to see you!
