Snowmazing has arrived at the Museum, thanks to our new friend Jack Frost! Jack and friends are transforming your favorite exhibits into winter wonderlands and bringing fun new programs and activities for all. Starting December 4th, make your holiday special this season with festive hands-on exhibits and activities the whole family can enjoy. Jack Frost is the museum's winter consultant and he and his friends are using their imagination to turn some of your favorite exhibits into winter themed experiences sure to bring joy when we need it the most. Help decorate our giant Wonder Tree (The New Balance Climb), play in our Winter Village, skate on our sock skating rink, iceberg jump, toss snowballs, and much more. It will be a Snowmazing time! Ugly Sweater and Holiday PJ Weekend on Saturday, December 12 and Sunday, December 13. Jack Frost and his friends will be joining in the celebrations and bringing along some more winter fun for the weekend. Museum admission is included in this special event. The fun also includes special workshops and virtual activities to make your own gifts for family and friends. Workshops are one and a half hours long and include one hour of play in the Museum! Gift Making Workshops are December 12, 13, 19, 20 at 10:00am and 2:00pm in the Museum. Each child will be able to make 3 gifts during these workshops, and workshops are limited to only a few visitor groups per session. Concerned about safety? We get it.
