We will dance to music designed to raise your vibration to a state of joy, connection, playfulness, and heart opening expression. *Please review schedule and all the details below so you are fully informed. ........................................ The opening circle will be one hour, featuring sound healing by Evelina Pentcheva, breathwork guided by Jaitara, and a Puja guided by Evelina and Jaitara together. The opening circle will guide you to ground let go of the outside world, and bring us into full connection and presence. Then throughout the night, we will have drummers jamming along to the playlist with Djembe drums. We dance for 2 1/2 hours from 9:30 to midnight... we will dance our wild side out, our hearts open, and all in the joy of community. THE LOCATION: Just 1 hour from Orange County. This venue is a beautiful private home on a mountain with a breathtaking valley view, abundant with ambiance with a fire pit outside, and comfy spaces to lounge. FOOD: Some food will be provided. We also thank you for bringing a pot luck contribution, so we can all share in the feast. SCHEDULE: 8:00 - Doors open 8:00 - 8:30 - Settle in, meet & mingle 8:30 - Opening circle begins, with Puja connection, Sound Bath and Breath. Thank you for arriving on time. *Arrive early to give yourself time to get settled in, then together we create a container of sacred magical energy from beginning to end. 9:30 - Dance begins 12 Midnight - Closing Circle ........................................ TICKETS: $35 in advance (recommended) $40. at the door (cash preferred/ credit & debit also accepted) ........................................ The music will flow like an arch, starting with slower primal rhythms, then building up to ecstatic beats, then gradually easing down near the end of the journey. Unlike other ecstatic dance events where the music is usually all instrumental, this night will take you on a journey of various genres with one flowing into the other. The music will consist of world beat instrumental, tribal, latin, a little western Kirtan dance, and more. This is more than just dancing to music. It is a journey, as the music dances you. Guaranteed to be an evening rich with conscious connection, sheer playfulness, joy, and heart opening celebration. There will be lounge areas and a beautiful patio with a breathtaking view for hanging out and taking a break. WHAT TO WEAR: - Deodorant... please be kind to your fellow dancers, even if deodorant is not your thing... it's just for one night, and we deeply appreciate it. :-) - Dress in what ever way feels good for you for dance... yoga wear, sweats, comfy dress, etc. ***Shoes must be removed at the door, no exceptions. If you have feet issues bring socks, or indoor shoes such as slippers, but outside are not to be worn in the indoor space. WHAT TO BRING: - Bring your own water, and a food contribution. - An open heart - Pillow... optional. There will be some seating for taking breaks when desired, but our seating is limited, so if your tushy needs a cushy, bring one with you. :-) You may also want a cushion for under your head during the sound bath during opening circle. ....................................... *This is a No alcohol event. Anyone who shows up under the influence will be turned way without a refund. *If you are experiencing any flu symptoms or have had contact with anyone who is, thank you for staying home. *Doors close at 8:30pm, so give yourself plenty of time to arrive. She trained in various forms throughout her life... ballet, modern, jazz, African, belly dance, and Latin. Her primary profession is: facilitator of breathwork and transformational dance, women's empowerment and healing, sacred sexuality mentor, and intimacy coaching for couples. She is an elder and a sage, with a childlike spirit. She loves how dance is such a powerful tool for healing, heart opening, connecting with spirit, one's soul, and with one another. These community dance events are a love project for Jaitara and an opportunity to crank up the music, let the wild out, feel the joy of movement and share this in the spirit of conscious community and connection grounded in love. She has been hosting them with rave reviews in Vancouver, BC... her home. Jaitara and Evelina are close Sister friends, and they are joyful to be hosting this experience together for you.
