I got into buying cash-flow properties by mistake and today I will admit it's the best thing I ever got into. Knowing how to wholesale properties and making big spreads doing fix and flips is great but nothing beats mail box money. At the event I will tell my story of how I bought my first deal, found a contractor to renovate, rent it out, and refinancing the property. Along with that I will tell my story of i built a portfolio in Newark, Elizabeth & Jersey City NJ using hardmoney and non qm loans. Once things started going well I expanded the business into Allentown & Philadelhpia PA. I will also tell horrior stories with bad tenants as well as contractors i had to deal with as I expanded the business. I also want to say that this is not a get rich quick strategy.
