Stone step and pavers work

I recently had to let go a handyman who abandoned the work he was doing with pavers. He is about 80 percent complete and i also need a stone step added from pavers to my deck. This work is now available for experience person only. Must provide own tools and payment will be at the end of the job, due to the last handyman abandoning the work. Pavers are at location so is black sand to finish the job. The stone step has not be done yet, so that must be part of the work as well. This is a bid only job with the job going to the person who does the highest quality work. I am currently not available at the site but i have a person who has the authority to pay and accept or reject workmanship. Sides of pavers need to be shored up and additional sand to be added to fill in any spaces between the pavers. The work is located in Auburn near Federal Way also near Lake Geneva.
