saw an orange tabby cat in the parking lot of buchanan towers near wwu and the arboretum. had it contained for a while but it got away from me. hoping it's just a pet owned by someone nearby that was supposed to be outside and not a lost cat! if anyone knows anything I would love to hear from you for my own peace of mind.
