Autumn is a liminal time between the harsher seasons of summer and winter. It is a time of final harvest. Join Herbalists Belinda Lashea CNM and Bear Root midwifery and Lea Clayton, LMBT, GreenHeart Herbs for a half-day plant exploration with two of our most beloved healing plants that flourish in the Fall. We will connect with and learn from our herbal allies through plant meditation, embodied movement exploration, class lecture and hands-on medicine making in the RiverSong herb garden. 12:30-4:30 Saturday October 8th Class is outside for COVID safety. Rain or shine Location is in Saxapahaw at RiverSong Farm/GreenHeart herb apothecary Please bring a waterbottle, snacks, and anything else you may need to be comfortable and engaged. We will be spending time in the garden and making medicine.
