Join us for a 90-minute yoga and mediation class to renew your spirit, strengthen your body and relax your mind led by multiple instructors. All fitness levels welcome. All proceeds from this event will be matched by 100% and donated to the Grace House of Memphis.

Vinyasa Yoga
Restorative Yoga
Restoration Meditation
This class will be co-led by Freedom At The Mat Creator Olivia F. Scott, and SANA Yoga Teacher, Lydia Faith Baggett (both pictured below).
