Kids: get crafty with Design Hive, a process-based art and technology studio. This month: Terrarium Arranging. Bring the peace and tranquility of nature indoors by creating lovely jar terrariums. Add in moss, rocks, figurines and more to create the perfect low maintenance plant baby. Free event with free 90-minute parking validation upon request. This programming was created in part through the City of Los Angeles Arts Development Fee Program, Department of Cultural Affairs. About Design Hive: Design Hive is a process-based art and technology studio providing a wide range of hands-on STEAM-based classes, camps, parties, and events for people of all ages. Design Hive also provides professional development and curriculum writing services for schools, museums, and other community organizations; as well as, unique and engaging corporate and team building experiences. The brainchild of two veteran Los Angeles teachers, Design Hive was established to provide a space for the community to imagine, create, and innovate.
