Hand fed and raised baby English budgerigar looking for his forever home! Welly is a grey/blue spangle and comes from two English/exhibition parents (last photo). He is super sweet and loves head scritches, enjoys lots out of cage time to fly and explore, likes to hanging out on your shoulder, and spends most of his time just being heckin cute. He’s fully weaned onto a seed and fresh food based diet (he does not eat pellets but does like fresh vegetables and cooked bird foods in addition to plenty of Higgins gourmet parakeet seed). Rehoming fee applies which includes a safe travel container plus small bag of food and treats. Located in Olympia
