Hello. We are looking for a band to join our practice room in Ballard, next to the Substation. Here is some info about the room: 24-hour access. Shared drum set. Shared PA. Storage space, but not enough for drums or large amps. Rent paid electronically (e.g. Venmo, Paypal. Cashapp). Rent is month to month. Move-in rent is proratable. Move-out requires one month notice.
