We are excited to announce that the Faith Academy Middle School Homecoming Dance will be Saturday, October 22 from 7pm-10pm. The dance will be held at the Mobile Marriott on Airport Boulevard and is for our 6th-8th grade students ONLY. Tickets are $35 and can be purchased until Saturday, October 14 via EventBrite. This non-refundable ticket will allow entrance for one student and includes a night of dancing, drinks and dessert, photo booths, games, and lots of fun! Your student does NOT need a date to attend this event. In fact, the majority of the people who attend will be going with their friends. To repeat, DATES ARE NOT REQUIRED! If your student chooses to bring a date, please be sure to purchase an additional ticket and ensure that his/her date is also in middle school. For security purposes, only designated chaperones and students with tickets will be allowed inside the event. Parents are welcome to walk their students to the lobby area for pictures and to show them to the registration table, but will not be allowed inside the event. We will provide more details about pick up logistics as we get closer to time. Mobile PD has been hired to be at this event and there will also be additional security on site. Please follow Faith Academy guidelines and make sure your student's attire is age appropriate. No jeans, no midriffs, no cleavage, and no mini skirts. Please take these guidelines seriously as we want to be sure that our future middle school students continue to have this dance as an option. IMPORTANT: This event is being hosted by Maureen Copeland and Carla Stout and all questions or concerns should be directed to us. Please do NOT call the school with questions.
