Looking to hire someone immediately that can perform or has performed some of the following tasks: Framing, Flooring, Torching (wood & metal), Cleaning, Pavers, Digging, Fencing, Painting. These are some of the types of things that happen routinely, however there are new things daily. If you are unfamiliar with any of these tasks and you can learn quickly then that is a plus. The amount of work available can easily go for a couple months (probably longer). Pay will be based on performance, punctuality and if I have to repeatedly go back over your work to correct it. Laid back environment with as many hours as one wishes to work available. Typically we start around 6 -7 am to avoid some of the high temps. Do not apply if you life involves any "drama" or if you are someone that doesn't do what they say they are going to do. Cash paying. Property is located near Firestone. Beginning pay $18 per hour with additional amount negotiated based upon performance.
