Hey there! We recently adopted a one year old Doberman named Alpha that has unfortunately been a bad fit for our family. Absolutely stunning, unfixed, potty trained, kennel trained, no food aggression issues that I experienced, does great just lounging around the house and stayed in our fenced back yard without issue. Was very alert when people came around or walked in front of our home. Became too overprotective of me and began snapping aggressively at my husband and daughter which is the reason for rehoming. Would make an amazing addition to someone *without* kids and with experience with a large breed dog or with experience with resource guarding/startle response. Definitely a velcro dog that wants to be with you 24/7 and couldn’t be more loving to his person. Chased our cats but never aggressively so keep that in mind. Did very well around our rabbits and chickens. Did very well with our small older miniature poodle. Asking a rehoming fee. No papers. Was told up to date on records but no previous vet records other than a rabies # tag. Located in Shelby, NC. Please shoot me a text if interested, thank you!
