Re-homing 3 year old Male Russian Tortoises

Need to re-home our 3 year old male Russian Tortoises. We recently had our first child and do not have the same amount of time to devote to him. He is a captive bred tortoise not wild caught, bought from a breeder on the tortoise forum in Ca. He is a friendly lil guy and will eat from your hand if you keep still. His favorite foods are - baby kale, dandelion flowers, carrots and green beans. He will eat most other leafy greens and veggies those are just his favorites. I have his calcium powder and vitamin powder I give him twice a week. He really likes to explore outside of his enclosure when given the opportunity supervised of course in case you have other pets. I also have seeds to grow your own greens specifically tailored to Russian Tortoises. And dried flowers but he doesn't seem to like them. I have a large enclosure with heat lamp and 4 foot UV light I can include for fifty dollars. Cost me way more than that to build it is - 73 inches long 22 inches wide 40.5 inches tall with legs or 15.25 inches without legs.
