Looking to start a classic/progressive rock band

Description
Hey, I play guitar and am interested in starting up a classic/progressive rock band. The idea would be to start with a few covers so that we can learn together songs that have already been written. After that, we would primarily write our own original material. In terms of sound and composition, think 70s era Rush, songs like Fly By Night, Xanadu, La Villa Strangiato, Bastille Day, A Passage To Bangkok. Now, obviously songs like La Villa and Xanadu are extremely musically complex. I am by no means an expert in musical theory or composing. But the idea would be to just have fun and try to write things that are musically interesting, and not just the same generic 3 chord pop song that's been spewed out a million times already. In time, hopefully we would be able to develop a style our own and come up with our own creative material. Other musical influences include Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Iron Maiden, The Beatles, Paramore, Rage Against The Machine. Obviously there is a lot of variety in terms of genre and style there. While the material we focus on is not so much similar in sound and style to a band like Iron Maiden, their music writing and themes would none the less be influential, or at least they are to me. Eventually I would like to get to the point of playing some gigs. These would just be for fun. I'm not expecting to make money or being a professional musician or anything. But hopefully we'd have enough material and practice that we could put on a great show perhaps 2 or 3 times a month at various venues. This is something for the future though. Ideally I would like to get together at least once a week, maybe more if it's feasible, for practice and jamming. As I mentioned I play guitar. I can play lead, but I am by no means a shredder. I am primarily looking for a dummer, bass player, and vocals. I am very open to female vocals (I did mention Paramore as a musical influence above, Hayley is awesome!). I am also open to a 2nd guitar, perhaps someone to play lead where I focus on rhythm; and also open to keyboard/synth player. I have my own gear and transport, though I do not have a place we can practice at. Hopefully someone would have a place we can practice or at least jam a bit at, otherwise renting a practice room is also a possibility. If this sounds interesting to you, please send me a reply. Please have your own gear and transport. Tell me what instrument you play and a few songs you can play the entire way through (or link a soundcloud or something). You don't have to be as good as Neil Peart or anything. I am by no means the best player in the world. But like I said the idea is to have fun, grow as musicians, and write progressive, interesting music in that classic rock style with diverse and creative themes and lyrics.
