My son was at Southeast Human Services on Thursday. Somewhere between there and his home on the northside he lost his cell phone. He is a double amputee; he is in a wheelchair and rode the bus. We have checked at the bus depot and Southeast with no luck. If you happen to find a Iphone, please contact me.
