Seattle, Washington State General Contractor is seeking Local Supervisors/Foreman for residential, commercial, multifamily, industrial, maintenance contracts. This is a working position and you will manage nearly all aspects of our business in your area. Pay piece work---not a hourly position. You must be able to bid/estimate, tooled, drug free, clean record, not lazy, and organized. Computer skills, written communication, and crew management experience a must. We handle payroll, taxes, contracts, and all financial matters. A self starter and lead generator---Sales is also important, plus leads and jobs with existing clients we generate. Must have reliable Truck, SUV, or Van. W intend to open Oregon also in future.
