Electrician needed

I am looking for a licensed electrician to run a 240V line from the electrical distribution panel one side of my garage to the other side and put in a receptacle so that I can hook up a dryer. Red markings/notes in photo shows the path of the run (approximately 30 ft). I would like for it to be a clean run (behind the drywall), ideally, but I know this will be difficult and time consuming. If anyone knows a fairly easy and low-cost way to do this, great, let me know. The other option is to run the wires within a conduit and on the wall. This is not as clean but likely the most feasible way to do it, so I am open to doing it this way also. I am handy and can probably do this myself, but I don’t have the time and I’m also not a licensed electrician. so I would like to hire one to this this so that it meets electrical code.
