monthly farm help needed

I have an acre in Vancouver, my back half acre field has a barn for goats and inside the barn is an area for chickens. I have 2 little goats, 2 bunnies and 4 chickens. The main duties are: 1- Raking the loose hay out of the barn and taking it over to the side fence and dumping it. Maybe a 75 feet away. Then taking a bit of fresh hay and spreading it around. Sweep down the cobwebs and overall dusting in the area. 2- Cleaning the chicken coop. This is more shovel up poop and dirt, scrap the roosting rales clean, pull the hay from the nesting boxes. Sweep down the cobwebs and overall dusting in the area. Spray with a very harmless to humans disinfectant. 3- Pull hay out of the bunny hutch, very quick job, takes a few minutes. I provide all equipment, rakes, shovel, wheelbarrow, gloves, and a KN95 mask to wear if you want. You provide your work boots. I'd like to arrange a set weekend and make it a monthly job. I have had a lot of people flake on me or no show. This is decent money so please be reliable. Thanks
