HOUSEKEEPER NEEDED PART-TIME! NICE UES, MANHATTAN $35 per hour net experienced house cleaner who can also do laundry & ironing. Mon-Thur 4 afternoons per week 12 pm - 7 pm OR 7:30 pm, if you prefer fewer hours Mon & Wed 12-6 & Tues & Thursday 2-7 pm. Seeking strong, kind, capable & highly organized deep cleaner who can blend into a quiet household. Meticulous cleaning, ironing, organizing & some very easy meal prep/cooking. Occasional supervision of a sweet 9 year old, but this is less than 10% of the job. * Cleaning inside the toilet & around the toilet base. * Wiping down microwave, oven & refrigerator, inside & out. * Cleaning under furniture. * Wiping down trash cans & other surfaces. * Cleaning baseboards, window frames & door frames. * Wiping down light switches, knobs, heaters & air conditioner units MENTION JOB 89KAA
