build planter on gate

need somoene to build a planter on the back of a fence. wanted it to be at least 12 wide and the lenght of fence. a few drain holes and then also build a few vertical planters to support it for other plants to grown through them. need a quote for material and labor would love it to be done today if possible WANT TO USE pressure treated wood attached is the fence and few examples i found on the web
