1.5 yr old Standard Poodle being washed from a service dog program due to being a bit too under-confident/nervous in loud, busy environments. We are very sad to discontinue his training, but we feel he would be happier as a pet. We feel his under-confidence is genetic, and MAY improve with training/exposure, but not to the point of him being extremely relaxed and reliable in stressful environments where a disabled person can depend on him. Not every dog can achieve this level of training, but he will still make an AWESOME best friend. He is very well trained and will be a great family pet. VERY gentle and self aware, great manners. Doesn't jump up, knock small kids/elderly down, etc. Just a good, easy dog. No problem behaviors, fully house trained. Great with other dogs and small animals such as cats. Does great with grooming. Walks on a loose leash, he's like walking a feather. Neutered, fully vetted, no health issues. Email for more info.
