Hi there! Looking for a full time experienced superintendent to help managing rental buildings. Must be experienced and must be willing to learn! Responsibilities cover whatever is needed to manage interior and exterior of builidngs. Cleaning, landscaping maintenance, repairs, all kinds of handy work Fixing leaks, plumbing issues, electrical problems, etc Also includes snow fall response within 2 hours of the snowing stopped. (snow blower provided) Must own most tools Will need previous reference and criminal background check 40 hours / week maximum - if you work on demand, you work less the next day.
