Elmwood Realty has immediate full time openings for Maintenance staff Responsibilities include but are not limited to Summer Property maintenance which includes Cutting grass and yard clean ups at Elmwood Realty properties, Winter responsibilities will include possible Shoveling Plowing, interior cleaning, cleaning common areas and hallways, general cleaning and inspection of properties as needed. Must have a valid drivers license and transportation to the Elmwood Office Elmwood supplies all tools and transportation needed to complete the tasks.
