Do ex-Presidents of the United States have lifetime executive privilege?
It's not gonna' happen, but suppose they find some smoking gun proving Obama had done something illegal. You OK with HIM citing executive privilege to hide that smoking gun? As much as YOU want to crucify him, would you say "Executive Privilege! DAMN! Oh, well, we'll get him next time"?
Oh, wait! I believe it's the 32nd Amendment that says "no President, after leaving office, may claim Executive Privilege; except Trump.".
