NEED HELP W SMART PHONE

I need someone to help me with new smartphone... not smart on electronics....i have the smart phone...i am just confused on sim cards, minutes, data, transferring minutes, test and data, wifi on and on.....getting tons of different info and have no idea what i am doing with sims, Tracfone, my old flip phone.....i need someone who is SMART ON ELECTRONICS AND PHONES...to come to my home and help me set this all up...explain it to me in language i can understand and get me going....very serious here, i don't want someone who just knows how to use a phone, i need someone PATIENT and super smart on ALL ASPECTS of this whole mess....I can pay you if you ARE what i am needing....already done store / calling tracfone / taken phones into Best Buy...talked to over a dozen companies....call me and we can talk about it, you can ask me stuff....
