GUITARIST WANTED for CLASSIC ROCK BAND

Interested parties please make sure to read all the way through so you'll know what to do for us to contact you! We're an established 6+ yr old Classic Rock Band as well as a recorded artist with 2 full length albums to our credit & we're seeking a strong rhythm guitarist with lead capabilities to join our band. FYI if you sing harmonies, backing vocals or even some lead that's a bonus but not a requirement. You must be comfortable playing in a what will be a 5 pc 2 guitar band, our present long time guitarist plays well with another. Along with our cover tunes which range from AC/DC to ZZ Top & a whole bunch in between such as other notable artist's like STP, Bush, The Cult, Collective Soul, Tom Petty, The Allman Bros & so on. We'll also generally play 8 to 10 of our originals during the course of the show. As for shows we're most always the evening's entertainment though on occasion we'll have a band open for us. Shows are typically of the 3 to 4 hour variety, examples 7-10, 8-11, 9:30-12:30, 9-1, 9:30-1:30. Bottom line this isn't for everyone but if your that musician that says to himself if it was the right group of guys? Well we have our own sound engineer & he along with 3 of the 4 members have been together in excess of 5 yrs. The drummer though fairly new is in our same classification, experienced, seasoned, mature & fit us like a glove as if he too has been with us all that time. Out there somewhere is YOU that will as well give & get that same feeling. You'll get a home where your opinions matter, where your ideas will be heard. We're not simply looking for a Guitarist we're looking for a BAND-MATE! We've all got pro gear, we have a website, band & individual FB pages to market the band, we have a dedicated lower NE side rehearsal facility in one of the members home & of course we have a top notch PA with lights. We'll play typically 2 to 3 shows per mo. Rehearsals are generally a Sat or Sun Aft (1 to 5). Obviously we'll all go at it pretty hard to get you up to speed then rehearsals will be as needed between shows & dedicated family time off.
