i need truck battery & alternator

I am real need of a battery & probably alternator for 1500 Chevy Silverado right away. I am stranded at at motel 6 and check out is coming up with no money to afford another night.. Can someone please help with truck battery and alternator or both by chance. Anything is better than nothing & these days having a vehicle is essential to money making.
