My daughter’s friend is a police officer in Philly. He found two young dogs roaming the streets in Colwyn area for the whole day. Nobody claimed them and they do not have microchips. It looks like they are brothers and stick together. We do not think that they can be separated. They cry when left without each other. They are sweet, calm dogs, and they are good with kids and other dogs. My daughter temporarily has them, but she cannot keep them for long. Could you please let me know if you or anyone you know are interested in these pups?
