Hi, my name is Melissa but most call me Mel. I'm seeking musicians (open to any instruments) in order to form a band. I've been wanting to do this for a long time but have always let life and fears stop me. I already have a manager who has a lot of connections. He has already offered to help me create an album, and get us studio time, for the purpose of getting signed. He wanted to help me like 10 yrs ago but I chickened out. Now, being in my 40s, he strategically wants me to pursue the country music scene, with maybe some Christian songs, before I try to segway into other music genres. Thankfully, among other styles, I like both and the older I get, I am starting to appreciate country music more and more haha. I also do dig classic gospel songs and love the style of Lauren Dangle so I could get behind Christian songs as well. He has counseled me that starting with performance in churches is one way we could go about it, but not necessary. In saying all that, I'm a loyal person and I would want you along for the entire ride, if you have similar goals. Anyways, if you're interested, please feel free to contact me. No offense but in this day in age, it's sometimes hard to find people who are on the up and up and who have their life straight.
