Re-homing 1yr old Male Cat

I am moving and unable to bring my cat with me. He was found in a litter of stray kittens in April 2021 and I have had him ever since. He is now just over a year old. He is very playful and cuddly. He is fully trained to use the litter box only, he has never had an accident outside of it. His favorite toy is hair ties for some reason, he fetches them just like a dog would. He will play with other cat toys such as stuffed animal mice and feather stick toys. I am hoping to re-home him to a loving family that may have other cats for him to interact with. He has had all vaccinations and is neutered. I can include his records from the vet. I will charge a small re-homing fee to ensure he will be going to a good home.
